Job Role- Travel Sales
Location- Noida
Experience: 1 -3 years (in US/UK travel domain)
Here is the job description for you-
- Application of IATA, ATOL Geography, GDS (Amadeus , Galileo)
- Handling queries from UK passengers, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals in Fluent and Excellent in English
- Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales to achieve the targets.
- Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups
