About the Role
Were seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Executive/Trainee to support our growing HR function. This role will give you hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems management in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to releasing offer letters
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions
- Maintain accurate HR records (compensation, incentives, health, and insurance data)
- Update and manage employee data in the ERP HR module
- Support workplace compliance and address related concerns
- Facilitate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition events
- Communicate HR policies effectively and address employee queries
- Handle employee grievances and act as a liaison between staff and management
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Smart, proactive, and detail-driven approach
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- A team player with a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Internship or prior experience in HR (recruitment/operations) is a plus
- Familiarity with HR tools, ERP systems, or MS Excel is an added advantage
