Quality Analyst with AI Testing @ Shivaye Venture

Job Description

We are seeking a QA Tester with AI Testing Exposure and programming skills to test, validate, and improve AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in automated testing, AI model evaluation, and software validation across various platforms. What you will do as a QA Tester: AI Testing & Model Validation: o Design and execute test cases for AI models, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and robustness. o Evaluate AI outputs for bias, performance, and correctness using appropriate test strategies. o Develop and implement automated test scripts for AI-driven applications. Test Automation & Scripting: o Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. o Develop test scripts using Python, Java, or JavaScript for API and UI automation. o Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle. Functional & Performance Testing: o Conduct end-to-end, regression, and performance testing for AI applications. o Use testing tools such as JMeter, Postman, or LoadRunner to validate system performance. o Identify, track, and report defects using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools. Collaboration & Quality Assurance: o Work closely with developers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to identify potential issues early. o Ensure AI applications comply with best practices, industry standards, and ethical AI guidelines. o Provide detailed reports and documentation for test strategies, plans, and results.
