A.S. Group is currently hiring for one of the Manufacture Wire Industry located in Chalisgaon

Job Details are as follows:-

Designation: Payroll Hr Assistant Manager / Senior Officer

Location: Chalisgaon

Experience: 5 to7.years

Salary Range: .25 to 40.k

Key Responsibilities:

Implements, maintains and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes and other deductions.

Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices

Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

Maintain and record employee attendance / leave.

Preparing MIS report.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control and payroll taxes.

Understanding of labor rules and regulations.

Proficient in MS Office especially MS-Excel.

Proficient with payroll software.
