Roles & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
The primary responsibilities of this role involve the design, development, and delivery of quantitative and qualitative management information to a wide variety of global groups both internal and external to HR. Metrics produced are both global and London-specific, dependent upon the target audience.
You will be involved in the utilisation of analytical tools to provide efficient and meaningful information in the form of:
Developing, running, maintaining and analysing a standard suite of reports
Responding to ad hoc report requests
Production/enhancement of monthly management packs providing value-added analysis to help stakeholders identify trends and recommend a focus on hotspots
Project related tasks
Maintain, develop and document a standard suite of Ml reports and continually ensure they are fit for purpose and adding value and insight
Devise ad-hoc metrics and analysis to support HR strategic initiatives by performing the role of subject matter expert
Create regular management information packs providing in-depth analysis ensuring that the business is fully cognisant of trends/areas of concern
Collaborate with Analytics team members to ident ify gaps in current reporting and develop new metrics to support the business needs
Continually look to expand knowledge on workforce metrics to add value to the reporting output

You will be analytical, highly numerate. Excellent data handling and analytical skills, including experience of working with various data sources
A working knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting is essential
Advanced Excel skills including knowledge of product functions, complex IF statements and array formulas
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work in a highly client-focused environment
You must have the ability to work as part of a team and individually manage your workload to ensure that targets are met
You should possess good decision-making and problem-solving skills to work as a subject matter expert, having the judgment to escalate complex problems when necessary and the ability to work under pressure at times often to tight deadlines
Detailed knowledge of HR operational procedures and systems capability would be an advantage
ConfirmationAppraisal:
>Better understanding of the process of the confirmation.
>End-to-end confirmation appraisals process, Employee self-appraisal form, manager feedback,
confirmation letter creation, approval, release and acknowledgment ( HRMS Portal understanding is mandatoryto crossverify the recommedions)
Annual Appraisal:
>Should understand the process of annual appraisalalso should have ability to learn the process of calendarcode creation in HRMS
>Annual appraisal Employee eligibility assessment, collated ZBH recommendation, identified star
and low performers, estimated appraisal percentage, letter release & communications
>Should have great communication skills to coordinate with the RHR to collect the pan India recommendations.
HR Support:
>Employee grievances handling by involving relevant stakeholders
>communicating with the new hires for the required and missing
documents and auditing the same.
>Review calling for the Confirmationletters and the appointmentletters
SOP creation:
Collateral Creation: SOP preparation, Knowledge articles / guides for new hires, Forms & Templates
Should have ability to create any SOP for others reference for maintaining the standards
HR/Data Analytics and Reporting:
>HCT creation/Created dashboards on HR metrics like retention & attrition, RPE & CPE trend and/Service evaluation at Zonal/Regional levels, by criterions (Age, Gender, Department, Business Units).
Actionable insights generation for leadership to formulate
policies and drive decision making to ensure business growth, achieve operational excellence.
Employee Engagement:
Arrange the activities for pan india employees for engaging them and Creating the attractive mail communicationfor the same.
