Job Title: Sr. Healthcare Recruiter/ Jr. Healthcare Recruiter Experience: 6 months -2 years Location: Aligarh; on-site Shift: US Shift (7 PM to 4 AM) 5 days working; Sat & Sun fixed off! Role Overview: We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to source, evaluate, and present top healthcare professionals. You will manage the recruitment process, work closely with clients, and support candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Source healthcare professionals through various channels. - Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews. - Coordinate interviews and present candidates to clients. - Maintain candidate database and use ATS. - Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights. - Build professional networks and ensure diversity in recruitment. - Manage offer negotiations and support candidates throughout the process,
