Job Description

Research and Development (R&D)
• The Formulation Scientist is responsible for the development and optimization of new and existing formulations for a variety of products.
• This includes conducting research, designing experiments, and analyzing data to identify and implement improvements in product performance.
• The Formulation Scientist also works closely with other departments, such as Quality Control (QC) and Manufacturing, to ensure that products meet all necessary specifications.  
Responsibilities:    
• Conduct research and design experiments to develop and optimize new and existing formulations.
• Analyze data from experiments and identify trends that can be used to improve product performance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for formulation development and testing.
• Work closely with Qc and Manufacturing to ensure that products meet all necessary specifications.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and other stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in formulation science and technology.
