Job Description

    Role Summary

    We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to contribute to the expansion of our Gynaecology Surgical Implants business. This position involves extensive fieldwork, close interaction with healthcare professionals, and hands-on support for surgical implant solutions, ensuring a strong presence across the allocated region.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Market and provide support for gynaecological surgical implant products in both government and private healthcare facilities.

    • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff.

    • Identify new business opportunities, create leads, and strengthen market penetration within the territory.

    • Deliver product demonstrations, conduct presentations, and assist during surgical procedures when required.

    • Support field-level marketing activities and participate in medical awareness and training programs.

    • Manage order follow-ups, liaise with internal teams, and ensure uninterrupted product supply.

    • Offer after-sales assistance, respond to customer concerns, and maintain high service standards.

    • Prepare and update territory-wise sales reports, market feedback, and related documentation.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Work Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales of medical devices, surgical products, or diagnostics.

    • Educational Background: Graduation in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering preferred.

    • Age Limit: Up to 28 years.

    • Preferred Profile: Female candidates with prior experience in healthcare field sales.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities

    • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills

    • Quick learner with readiness for field-based roles

    • Ability to work autonomously and travel within the assigned area

    • Willingness to provide on-site support during surgical procedures

    • Basic proficiency in IT tools for sales tracking and reporting
