Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and process-oriented Quality Assurance engineer to lead QA efforts
for our enterprise-grade ERP / SaaS / CRM platform built on ASP.NET Core. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for designing and implementing a robust QA strategy, managing QA teams, ensuring
delivery of high-quality product releases, and establishing scalable testing processes across
backend, frontend, databases, and infrastructure layers.
Key Responsibilities Dene and execute the end-to-end Quality Assurance strategy for our ERP/SaaS/CRM
product suite.
Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring ecient manual and automated testing across
modules.
Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, Support, and sales teams to ensure
bug-free, reliable, and scalable releases.
Oversee test planning, execution, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
cycles.
Manage cross-database testing across PostgreSQL and MSSQL to validate data accuracy,
integrity, and performance.
Drive the CI/CD testing pipeline integration within Docker and Kubernetes environments.
Ensure thorough validation of business workows, role-based access, and multi-tenant
congurations.
Create and maintain QA documentation, test cases, and quality metrics dashboards.
Lead efforts in root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions
(CAPA).
Ensure compliance with data security, performance, and SaaS availability standards.
Adhere to quality standards, data security, and governance protocols across test cycles.
Qualications Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical
discipline.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile testing practices.
Preferred certications:
Agile Scrum Master / PMP (optional)
ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 (preferred in product/ERP/SaaS setups) (Optional) Certications such as ISTQB, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) (Optional)
Experience Required
Minimum 4 - 5+ years of experience in Software QA, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in ERP, SaaS, CRM, or enterprise product testing.
Deep understanding of ASP.NET Core-based architecture (frontend and backend).
Strong experience with:
Database validation (PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
Test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, Postman)
CI/CD tools and container environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with QA tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
