Job Description

• Area Sales Manager - Water based paints

• Candidates should be selling raw material to water-based paints manufacturers.
  Candidates with experience in solvent-based paints or adhesives will not be suitable. Managing sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities;
  developing positive working relationship with partners to build business
  Updating the management on current and latest development in marketplace and competitor
  activities; communicating up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners
  Working closely with channel partners to develop agreed business development plans which includes
  lead generation activities
  Implementing product modification/customization for key accounts with significant volume, with the
  assistance of the technical department and R&&D department
  Coordinating in joint testing, trials at the customer's end in the absence of technical support
