Job Description
I. Getting specified by the Architects in the BOQ for projects and same to be collected.
o New Specifications in BTSC/KA linked Architects.
o Specifications in Developer KAs.
o SMART specifications in existing BOQs.
II. Providing technical solution.
o For technical & detailed queries, team members to directly solve and propose solution.
o Complaint handling at sites as a technical expert.
III. Leads of upcoming projects to be gathered.
o For large projects leads to be shared with the team.
IV. Sales pipeline & conversion
o Total pipeline development
o Total sales derived out of Leads shared and specification done by Architect Team.
o Specifications vs conversion tracking.
V. Relationship Management
o One to One meeting with the Architects or their team members to develop relationship.
o Detailed presentation to Architects or their teams on all relevant categories.
o Training of Architects and their team on products categories
VI. Architect Engagement - Event and Collateral Management
o Architect Connect Events.
o Sponsorship and working with IIID and other similar association.
o Planning and Delivery of Collaterals Brochures/ Samples/ Gifts to the Architects to ensure Engagement.
o Conducting formal architect meets
o Loyalty Program
VII. Presentations & modules.
o Creating presentations for different stake holders both external & internal.
o Developing modules for trainings.
o Ideation & creation of marketing collaterals.
o Digital engagement with the relevant stakeholders
