Job Description
- Were seeking a seasoned Full-Stack PHP Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications. Youll take ownership of key features across our core platform, work closely with product and design, and help mentor junior engineers as we continue our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, test, and deploy new features in our PHP-based platform (Laravel/Symfony) Design and integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and other backend services Implement responsive, performant front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular) Optimize database schemas and queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL) for large-scale data sets Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops Stay up to date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve our stack Required Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with PHP Expert-level knowledge of a modern PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, or equivalent) Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one SPA framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular) Solid understanding of MVC architecture, design patterns, and OOP principles Extensive experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), including schema design and query optimization Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) and caching strategies Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and GraphQL a plus Working knowledge of DevOps practices: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong command of Git-based workflows and branching strategies Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to work autonomously,
