Job Description

• Acquire CASA and liabilities accounts through cold calling, market references, cross-selling, and selling third-party products such as life and health insurance and mutual funds SIPs.
• Meet sales targets and achieve overall numbers and value targets as per the scorecard.
• Implement sales and marketing activities within assigned branches to grow the liabilities business.
• Develop new relationships and leverage existing ones to meet liability acquisition targets.
• Acquire new customers through various channels, including campaigns, branch walk-ins, customer referrals, industry bodies, and associations.
• Ensure timely opening of accounts and provide a smooth onboarding experience to new-to-bank (NTB) customers
