Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Associate to drive banking products and services. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively promoting our financial solutions. Your collaborative spirit will be essential in working with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs to make tailored sales pitches.

Product Knowledge:

Inform customers about our banking products and services, addressing any inquiries and providing detailed information to facilitate informed decisions.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions for future reference and analysis.
