Job Specification KPI Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI tracking and monitoring system for all departments. Regularly review and analyze performance data to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strategic Projects: Facilitate cross functional collaboration to support key projects and initiatives Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making. Set up a Project Management Office (PMO) which collaborates with all departments to drive project timelines and deliverables. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for the Board Desired Qualification & Certification Chartered Accountant/ Master's Degree / MBA Skills & Knowledge Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
