Job Description

:
1) End to End Recruitment.
2) Source candidates through Job Portals & Social Networking Media.
3) Search, screen and shortlist the Candidates as per clients requirement.
4) Receive and review applications, Coordinate for interviews with candidates & clients.
5) Salary Negotiation and Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
6) Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
7) Counseling and coaching candidates for interview
8) Help in negotiating an offer & Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
9) Headhunting - Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Confident & Enthusiastic Freshers with very Good Communication Skills in English can also apply.

Benefits

All Saturdays Half Days Till 2pm
All Sunday Fixed off
