Job Description
Summary:
Responsibility includes supporting various operation teams by driving vendor for delivery as per SLA. reviewing and implementing improvement & responsible to drive various parties as per SLA.
Duties / Responsibility
- Daily Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of ATM transactions and cash balances.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in ATM transactions and cash balances.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all reconciliation processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Managing customer expectations and escalations & must be of aware of regulatory guidelines by authorities.
- Keeping check and control on SLA & optimizing it by Planning and operational efficiency to meet organizational goals.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements to reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Capabilities to adopt frequent changes in scope and delivery as per business & customer requirement
Certifications & Skills
- Must have Bachelors / Masters degree
- Several years of experience in ATM/BNA reconciliation, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Like ATM MSP or CIT.
- Must possess exceptional communications skills as he deals with people from the top management, clients, customers, and staff. He/she must be analytical, professional and organized.
- Should know how to work independently and as part of a team.
- They must have excellent mathematical skills.
