Job Description
Job Title: Client Relation Executive
Location: Delhi / Kolkata
Experience: 27yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Act as a single point of contact for all client-related communication.
- Assist clients with airport pick-ups and drops, hotel check-ins/check-outs.
- Accompany clients for shopping, city visits, and other logistical support as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or grievances promptly.
- Maintain client records, feedback, and activity reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Professional, polite, and client-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to travel within the city as per client requirements.
- Good knowledge of local areas, hotels, and shopping centers.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in client servicing, hospitality, or similar roles preferred.
