Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs.
Monitor project costs and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor bills and vendor quotations.
Prepare and review contracts and bills as per project requirements.
Support project managers with budgeting, forecasting, and tendering processes.
Conduct site visits and ensure accurate measurements and costings.Requirements:
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Good analytical and numerical skills.Skills : - Billing of quantities, Material Reconciliation, Budget estimation, Contractor Bills, Sub Contractor bills
