Job Responsibilities: -
The position holder will be managing a team of 20-30 individuals.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales data, team productivity, client status, and receivables.
- Forecast revenue streams and identify opportunities & challenges.
- Drive sales targets, manage sales support functions, and ensure timely customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales teams while tracking performance metrics.
- Implement incentive structures, sales promotions, and market feedback collection.
- Generate sales opportunities, deliver presentations, and ensure timely closures.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, payment collections, and regular performance reviews.
- Apply sales techniques, understand business contexts, and provide customer advisory.
