What We Are Looking For:
Pharma Industry Experience:
Candidates with a strong background as Key Account Managers or Category Managers, preferably with exposure to modern trade, retail pharmacy chains, or online pharmacy platforms
Margin Negotiation and Marketing Budget Management:
Hands-on experience in margin optimization, negotiating commercial terms, and generating income through brand marketing spends will be highly valued.
Vendor & Supplier Relationship Management:
Proven ability to manage relationships with pharma vendors/suppliers including onboarding, scheme finalization, and product range planning to drive seamless operations.
Onboarding Companies Directly or via CFA:
Experience in onboarding pharma companies directly or through Clearing and Forwarding Agents (CFA) routes to enhance supply chain efficiency is essential.
Data Analysis & Inventory Planning Expertise:
Strong command over Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc., with a knack for sales forecasting and inventory management through data-driven insights.
Understanding of Trade Schemes and Product Lifecycle Management:
A deep understanding of trade schemes, launching new products in collaboration with pharma companies, and managing non-moving inventory will be a strong advantage.
