Managerial responsibilities:
1) Managing the entire product and process suite in Supply Chain Finance
2) To lead product management, development of new product in vendor and dealer channel side
3) Functional expertise in creating product in various sector
4) Integration with Fintech/Corporate ERP system and process development
5) Product advisory to sales team in closing deals
6) Coordination with sales, credit, compliance, IT to get product, process approval
7) Driving sector specific dealer/vendor programme and get functional approval from Product Head
8) Driving channels through programme managers and branches to increase SCF penetration
9) Manage revenue and book growth in various programmes
10) Manage Corporate Relationship and increase lead flow
Functional Responsibilities:
1) 1. Vendor Finance is a cash flow solution for suppliers to corporates and helps them in working capital and liquidity management
2) 2. Dealer Finance is a cash flow solution for dealers/buyers where lenders finance them through a dedicated procurement credit line thereby helping them improve their purchasing power
3) 3. New Alliances/Fintech tie-ups for building supply chain business for the bank thereby leveraging on technology for solutions on cost optimization, enhancement of working capital and higher transparency in business transactions for the customer
