Job Description
- Were building the future at X-Thrive Robotics designing an advanced humanoid robot. Were looking for a Technical Co-Founder with deep expertise in Mechanical Design to join our founding team. Someone who can commit long-term and take the startup journey seriously (including equity-based compensation) Responsibilities: Live and breathe robotics/mechatronics and have strong command over CAD tools (Fusion 360/SolidWorks). Understand kinematics, actuator placement, material stress, and lightweight structural design. Have worked on or are passionate about biped robots, exoskeletons, or high-mobility robotic systems. Are based in India (preferably Delhi NCR) and want to build from scratch with full creative and technical ownership. Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E./ M.Tech / M.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design for robotics, automation, or similar fields Strong portfolio of prototypes: robots, exoskeletons, drones, prosthetics, or mechanical systems You might be a great fit if: The ideal person needs more than just technical know-how: Founder Mentality: Takes ownership like it's their startupnot just a job. Trustworthy & Commitment: Willing to stick around for the long haulnot someone casually exploring. Understands the ups & downs of a startup and is in it together with you.
