To play a critical role in sales forecasting and generating leads through different mediums.
To prepare sales plans, monthly and quarterly plans.
To make Sales Visits at corporates, education consultants, and tutorials to qualify the sales lead and understand the requirement in detail.
To identify sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, establishing long term relationships with customers.
Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
Updates to reporting head by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Handle a Team of Counselors / Sr. Counselors / Executives
Responsible for achieving the team and individual targets every month.
Responsible for career counseling of the students & solving their queries related to various courses offered by ISBM and generating business through enrolments.
Provide any training and development sessions that team members need.
Communicate Deadlines and sales goals to the Team Members on time.
Conduct Team meetings to update members on best practices and expectations.
Complete the task or responsibilities assigned by the management/ reporting head.
KEY SKILLS:
Preferably from Education sector / EdTech
Candidate having Sales Experience of 4 + Years
