Job Descripted:-

 

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Provide customers with details and knowledge about product and service over phone
• Co-ordinate between parties to get the job done and ensure that work is completed on time
• Answer customer questions about service outcome and ensure we have a satisfied customer
• Help customers choose products and service based on offers available with us
• Update and Inform customers about the status of the service and also manage customer complaints
• Get feedback and incorporate the same in CRM

 

Service Advisor Requirements:

 

• Automobile Enthusiast
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
