We are hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive - D2C Brands on urgent basis for Gurgaon location. Only Immediate joiners apply. Salary: 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA Experience: 2 years - 3 years Roles & Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms Provide accurate information about our products, including features, pricing, and availability. Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and provide recommendations. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products or services. Uphold company policies and. procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs
