Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
