Job Description
Job Purpose:
Arrange, organize and Co-ordinate of daily routine function of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making rounds of all the wards.
- Planning and implementing quality aspects of the department.
- Interacting with internal (department within the hospital) and external agency like outsource department, Police
department and Panchayat office.
- Issuing feedback, collecting and analyzing the same
- Transplant coordination.
- Counseling the inpatient
- Grief counseling
Candidate Requirements:
- Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.
- Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
- Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
- Affinity to work in team.
- Enthusiasm.
