Clinical Coordinator @ Rhea Healthcare

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Assist basic patient taking and noting patient/donor History in Medical Software

2. Council the patient and the accompanying family members about the benefits and risks of IVF (IVF or any other investigation/procedure/treatment as advised by the gynecologist/consultancy transparently to enable the conversation of appropriate cases.

3. Provide the details to the patient and the accompanying family members about the formalities & procedures that will be followed in cases of successful as well as failed cases failure.

5. Coordinate and assistant in matching the donor and recipient cycle

6. Counseling patient performing surrogacy and financial counseling

7. Maintain data /Records if IVF Patients whenever suggested by the consultant e.g. maintain IUI/ICSI pregnancies in the medical software, live birth registry.

8. Monitor the reporting and monitoring mechanism with respect to the quality at center and as per the clinical bench marks defined by NIF

9. To listen and solve the feedback, complaints of the patient in coordination with operations department

10. Champion adoption of the medical software at the center and input all the required clinical data in the portal.

11. Keep track of the patients progress and keep the referring OB-GYN Specialists informed at periodic intervals

12. Assist operations and sales & marketing team in designing patient education, awareness programs and organize CME programs to sales executives and practicing Doctors.

13. Ensure the maintained of hygienic and cleanliness in order to achieve least number of hospital acquired infections

14. Oversee safekeeping of center medical records and ensure availability at all times for auditing &references purposes

15. Oversee duty refers in order to ensure effective utilization of manpower

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

4 years degree from an Institution recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine such as BAMS(Ayurveda), BUMS(Unani.Tibb), BHMS or BSMS.

Experience

More than 2 years of experience in Healthcare sector.
