Role & responsibilities

TR Design and Strategy: This candidate will have worked on the design and set-up of Total Rewards practices in the IT industry. This person must have reasonable knowledge of IT Job Architecture, compensation benchmarking and design of comp ranges and creation and implementation of job bands. In addition, this individual will be well-versed in the rewards, benefits and recognition practices prevalent in the IT industry.

Our most successful candidates will have

Masters degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• 8 to 10 years experience in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters
• Proficient level skills with MS office suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
• Proven operational, interpersonal, project management, vendor management and leadership skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
