TR Design and Strategy: This candidate will have worked on the design and set-up of Total Rewards practices in the IT industry. This person must have reasonable knowledge of IT Job Architecture, compensation benchmarking and design of comp ranges and creation and implementation of job bands. In addition, this individual will be well-versed in the rewards, benefits and recognition practices prevalent in the IT industry.

Masters degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
