Job Description
What You'll DoThe Workday Adaptive Analyst will help support Avalara's Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting processes by developing Workday Adaptive platform
We are looking for a strong understanding of Workday Adaptive functionalities, integrations
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
You will maintain and support Workday Adaptive integrations with Workday HCM and NetSuite
You will advanced level day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on system-related questions
You will administer the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, including user management, data integration, model and formula building, system configuration and reporting
Document project deliverables, process and workflows
Work with end-users to promote system adoption and proficiency
Stay abreast of industry best practices and new features in Workday Adaptive
What Youll Need To Be Successful
A bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance or related fields with 3+ years of experience on Workday Adaptive
Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive functionalitiesIntegrations with Workday HCM, NetSuite, admin tasks, model building, reporting (Matrix/OfficeConnect), formulas and dashboards
Support testing phases across solution development life cycle
Document system design, configuration and development objects
Demonstrated knowledge of automated financial systems and best practices
Reporting to the manager
This is a remote role
