Job Description


We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with an MBA background to join our Founders Office. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, create a robust pipeline of potential clients, and support our sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities


  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Engage prospects through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and sales executives
  • Create compelling presentations and sales proposals
  • Track activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights

Requirements


  • MBA degree from a recognized institution
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Experience creating professional presentations and proposals
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to understand complex products/services and explain them clearly
  • Data-driven approach to prospecting and lead qualification
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills


  • Experience in the technology sector
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, etc.)
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN etc.)
  • Prior experience working directly with company founders or executives
