Role & responsibilities
1- The position holder will be managing a team of 20-30 individuals
2- Accurately plan, forecast and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention targets in the assigned set of clients
3- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients
4- Hire, Train and Retain your team. Formulate their developmental plan and ensure fulfilment of their training needs
5- Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints
6 Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention
targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
7- Daily 08-10 meaningful telephone/video calls with clients
Preferred candidate profile
1-MBA with 2-7 yr of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention.
2- Preference for candidates with Team handling experience of 10+
individuals (at-least 1yr+ experience)
