Job Description-AR FreshersJob Summary: The AR Associate will be responsible for managing and processing claims in the revenue cycle process. The role involves analyzing and following up on unpaid or denied medical claims, contacting insurance companies, and resolving billing issues to ensure timely reimbursement.Key Responsibilities:
1. Claims Analysis:
Review and analyze unpaid medical claims.
Identify the reasons for claim denials or rejections.2. Insurance Follow-up:
Contact insurance companies via phone or portal to check claim status.
Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely collections.3. Denial Management:
Understand the denial codes and take corrective actions.
Work on re-submissions and appeals where necessary.4. Data Entry & Documentation:
Accurately update claim status in the system.
Maintain proper documentation of all communications and actions taken.5. Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensure all processes comply with HIPAA and client guidelines.
Maintain high accuracy in claim processing and follow-up.6. Team Coordination:
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex claims.
Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead or supervisor.Skills Required:
- Any graduate fresher (except B.Tech, B.E., & LLB)
- Good communication skills (especially in English both verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of the US healthcare billing process (can be trained).
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, especially Excel).
- Willingness to work night shifts
Job Details:
- Role: US Voice Process (AR Executives)
- Shift: Night (5:30 PM 2:30 AM)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Both side Cabs Facility
- Compensation: Best in industry
- Interview Mode: Walk-in / Face-to-Face
- Interview Timings: 12:00 PM 6:00 PM {28th to 30th April- Monday to Wednesday}
