Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, update, and maintain various reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel.
- Utilize Conditional Formatting to highlight key data trends and exceptions.
- Apply VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions for accurate data search and analysis across datasets.
- Perform data cleaning, sorting, and consolidation tasks.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required data inputs.
- Analyze large volumes of data to generate business insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from management.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially Conditional Formatting, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Basic understanding of databases and reporting tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with teams.
