About the team

FIS Balance Sheet Manager (formerly Ambit BancWare and Ambit Focus) is a comprehensive balance sheet management solution that offers banks the tools they need to address growing market and regulatory pressure.

Amid fluctuating interest rates and the growing complexity of regulatory requirements, Balance Sheet Manager provides comprehensive analytical support as well as flexibility for planning and reporting.

What you will be doing

  • Provide level 1 and level 2 Application Product Support for FIS financial applications.
  • Candidate needs to have or develop an understanding of the functionality of the software and the underlying business to be able to handle customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation within SLA. This includes creating a positive customer support experience and building strong relationships through understanding the problem, communicating promptly on progress and handling customer with a professional attitude.
  • Implement and support production change requests.
  • Liaise with internal teams to get the fix for critical issues in timely manner.
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 Support via email/telephonic/Ticketing tool. Mailbox management, Ticket logging, Assignment, Update and validation.
  • Follow ITIL and SDLC process knowledge and should be able to manage incident call, problem ticket etc.
  • Ensure the nature and extent of the client needs and product requirements, are understood by all stakeholders

What you bring:

Knowledge / Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of strong Capital Markets, Financial Instruments (ex. Derivatives, Swaps, Bonds, Equity etc), Services Industry domain experience, preferably in Trading and Risk Management.
  • Basic knowledge in SQL (delete, truncate, compare, join, Analysis Services etc).
  • Basic Excel knowledge (vlookup, hlookup, sum etc).
  • Excellent Communications and analytical skills. Ability to build functional knowledge in the assigned financial systems and understand how they integrate with other applications or areas within the organization.
  • Ability to think logically under Pressure.
  • Good organizational skills and Multi-Tasking Ability.
