Mode: Work from Home

Employment : Contract role for 1 year (12 months)

Any Bachelor's degree

Mandatory - Required minimum or equivalent to B1 certificate in Italian language

Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian language
Speak, write, and read fluently in English

In this role, the individual is expected to be an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver and balance the needs and requirements of the program with high customer obsession. The tasks that he or she would be responsible for shall include (but are not limited to) effectively performing audits for detail pages and correction of defects, communicating with stakeholders and supporting pilots for new customer focus programs. This role is a work from home role & shift time: 9AM to 6AM MX time zone.

*Candidate must be fluent in Italian language both verbal and written*
