Job Role: Sales Recruiter (WFO - Staffing) We are looking for a motivated Sales Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata (New Alipore). The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring for BPO tele callers, telesales, telemarketing, inbound, outbound, and customer support roles. If you are passionate about recruitment and ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end recruitment for BPO/tele calling profiles. Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for the required roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports. Work towards achieving hiring targets within set timelines. Requirements Proven experience in bulk hiring/BPO hiring. Strong understanding of BPO tele calling, telesales, telemarketing, inbound, outbound, and customer support roles. Must be based in Kolkata. Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Freshers with a passion for recruitment can also apply!). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets. Benefits Fixed Salary:12000-15,000 per month. PF + ESIC benefits. 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off Work-life balance guaranteed!
