Overall Responsibility: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition/retention. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and resource allocation. Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 10+ years of hand on experience in Digital Marketing Demonstrated record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth B2C environment. Proven experience in Google Ads and its latest updates Strong experience in Native campaigns and SEM campaign Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of success. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and campaigns. Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools. Experience in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,
