Job Description
- As an Assistant Vice President - Lean Digital Transformation (Customer Service) at Genpact, you will be leading business transformation through technology, analytics, and Six Sigma principles for large-scale and global Customer Service businesses. Your role involves working closely with operations leadership, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership at both Genpact and client organizations. Your key accountabilities include identifying, coaching, and developing talent in Lean Digital Transformation (BBs), charting an agenda focused on value creation for clients through technology infusion, productivity improvement, and business transformation. You will ensure the smooth delivery of functional and vertical goals for Lean Digital Transformation at a global level by deploying resources, fostering collaboration, and addressing systemic changes. Key Responsibilities: - Align with Operations Leadership to create and deliver the transformation and continuous improvement agenda. - Partner with delivery teams to identify and execute AI projects aimed at value creation and monetize them through value-sharing and revenue assurance mechanisms. - Collaborate with service line experts to develop tangible solutions that enhance long-term capability in the Customer Service ecosystem. - Lead transformational and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver committed productivity, successfully incubate new workflows, and enhance the quality of operations. - Orchestrate operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvements and drive long-term value creation. - Take ownership of agreed and prioritized transformation initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams including delivery, service line, digital, analytics, and global Lean Digital Transformation leadership. Traits and Success Competencies: - Growth and results-focused techno-functional leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and process excellence. - Intellectual agility and curiosity to provide incisive perspectives and innovative approaches. - Proven track record in managing delivery, operations, or teams and a knack for innovation and continuous improvement. - Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders, build strong internal networks, and deliver high-impact programs in complex-matrixed environments. - Decisiveness and comfort in taking risks amidst ambiguity. - Digitally savvy with exceptional consultative selling skills. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Post Graduation from a top institute. - Relevant process excellence and digital transformation experience in the Customer Service domain. - Previous MBB experience in digital transformation, analytics, solution design, process excellence, or process consulting. - Global exposure with a consistent track record in delivering strategic projects such as AI/Gen AI, Automation, and data analytics. - Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with senior leaders and drive resolutions and decisions. - Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, leadership, relationship management, flexibility/adaptability, and accountability for targeted business outcomes. - Qualifications and demonstrated experience in leading Lean projects or applying 6-Sigma methodologies with quantifiable efficiency and quality improvements. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Proven track record of driving transformation in large-scale global operations. - Demonstrated success in delivering value for customers through digital transformation in the Trust & Safety domain.,
