Domain: Export/Import | Freight Forwarding | Sales/Business Development Qualification: Graduate Work Mode: Onsite | 6 Days Working Mandatory Criteria Experience in Freight Forwarding or E-Commerce industry Must have handled International Markets/Clients Strong background in Air Freight operations & logistics Skilled in Budget Planning, Sales Strategy, and CRM Tools Key Responsibilities Develop & grow the Air Freight vertical for the organization Plan & execute annual sales targets and business development plans Identify and onboard new clients while retaining key accounts Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service excellence Track market trends and build strategies aligned with customer needs Negotiate pricing, close deals, and track performance metrics You Should Have Proven B2B sales experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain Strong knowledge of air cargo operations & international shipping laws Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Hands-on with CRM tools and sales reporting Strategic, independent, and target-driven mindset,
