Job Description Telecaller (EdTech)
Make outbound calls to working professionals and students to promote one-year educational courses.
Understand customer needs and clearly explain course benefits and features.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead conversions and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM regularly.
Build rapport with potential learners to ensure a smooth sales experience.
Experience : 2- 10yrs in related field or in sales
