Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in international voice process or similar industry.
  
• Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to understand diverse accents.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office setup.
• Candidates should be from Delhi NCR only.
