Job Description:

Designation: ARDM (Associate Recruitment &Development Manager) Sales

Channel: Tied Agency

CTC: 2.75LPA to 4LPA

Grade : L3

Core Job:

Identify & recruit the right quality advisors and motivate them to do business.

USP of the role:

Target of ARDM is only 8 L, if he or she does 8 L business; ARDM can expect a promotion with grade change and CTC hike between 10 to 12 % with immediate effect and will not have to wait for annual appraisal.

Desired Candidate Profile A candidate with at least two years of field sales experience in any industry is preferred.

The candidate needs to have worked in the relevant employment area ( Job Location) for at least two years

Must have two-wheeler

Local candidates are preferred with good communication

The age range for candidates is 25 to 39.

It is preferable for applicants to reside with family; candidates residing in Hostel or with friends are not recommended.
