Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service across international markets (US/UK/AUS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
  
• Resolve queries and issues related to products/services efficiently.
  
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
  
• Provide real-time support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet performance targets (KPIs) including call quality, resolution time, and customer feedback.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or follow up on unresolved issues.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates (03 years) can apply.
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in BPO or international call center is an advantage.
  
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
