Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalated cases effectively through proper communication with customers to maintain a positive relationship.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in handling customer complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require technical assistance or product knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in Inbound Customer Service or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken) for effective query resolution.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
Qualifications: HSC passed
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 In-Hand (Depends on the last drawn salary)
Shifts:
- 5 Days Working , 2 Rotational Week Offs (Night Shift)
Age Range: 24 - 37 years
