Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalated cases effectively through proper communication with customers to maintain a positive relationship.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in handling customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require technical assistance or product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in Inbound Customer Service or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken) for effective query resolution.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for resolving customer complaints efficiently.

Qualifications: HSC passed

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 In-Hand (Depends on the last drawn salary)


Shifts:

  • 5 Days Working , 2 Rotational Week Offs (Night Shift)

Age Range: 24 - 37 years

Marwah Centre, 4th Floor, A & B Wing, Krishanlal Marwah Marg, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (Behind Piknik hotel).
