Role Overview
IGT Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Hiring. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building talent pipelines, managing recruitment lifecycle processes, and ensuring alignment with business needs. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, process optimization, and compliance with recruitment tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: job understanding, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and salary negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for front line roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and ensure seamless coordination of candidate interviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment systems and tools (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve hiring processes and achieve recruitment goals.
- Handle global hiring initiatives efficiently.
- Maintain recruitment data integrity and generate accurate reports as needed.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in front line and global hiring.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with recruitment tools/systems, especially SuccessFactors.
