POSITION TITLE:
Guest Relation Executive (GRE).
REPORTS TO: Front office manager/ Asst. Front Office Manager.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly within their requests and queries. Have detailed information about the hotel and. Check on VIP guest movements, complete their pre-registration formalities.
GRE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests during check-in and giving a fond farewell to them while check-out.
- Handling guest complaints and concern in an efficient and timely manner.
- Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures.
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
- Detailed information regarding arrivals and room occupancy.
- Providing excellent customer service as per hotel standards.
- Check on VIP reservation, complete their pre-registration formalities.
- Allocate rooms to all arriving guests.
- Perform basic cashier activities as and when required.
- Maintain guest lockers for safe custody.
PREREQUISITES:
- Good guest interaction skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Sound decision making.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and people management.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum Graduated (hospitality background preferred).
EXPERIENCE:
- 0-2 years
