Job Description
- Connect with candidates via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Share detailed job descriptions provided by us with potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and the internal hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth progress in the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain a tracker of all candidates contacted and their current status.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process (preferred but not mandatory).
- Smartphone/laptop with internet access.
- 250 per candidate who successfully joins the company.
- No limit on the number of candidates you can refer the more you recruit, the more you earn.
