Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Java + DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java development and hands-on experience with DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a strong plus . Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain java API along with UI.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
- Build, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate backend services.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability.
- Monitor logs and system metrics to ensure system health and performance.
- Implement security best practices in code and infrastructure.
Must Have s:
- Bachelor s / master s degree in computer science.
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience developing and working on Java driven codes.
- Strong programming skills in Java (preferably Java 8 or higher).
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with DevOps tools like:
Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD
Docker, Kubernetes
Maven/Gradle
Git, Nexus/Artifactory - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), especially services like EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
- Working knowledge of Linux systems and scripting (Shell/Python).
- Familiar with monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Good to Have (Plus Points):
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React for front-end development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding security, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
Additional Knowledge (preferable):
- Snowflake,
- SQL
